KISP

KISP (Kansai International Students Party) is a subgroup under We Are One Japan that organizes various international events for students, by students all over Kansai. The objective is to enhance interaction and exchange between students not only within their schools, nor within Kyoto or Osaka, but in bigger Kansai for both Japanese and international students.

KISP（関西インターナショナルステューデントパーティー）はWe Are One Ｊａｐａｎの中の学生イベントグループです。KISPグループは、関西の学生を対象とした、学生たちによる国際的なイベントをこれまで開催してきました。学校内あるいは京都・大阪のみならず、より大規模なエリアにおいて、日本人学生と留学生との関わりや交流を広げていくことを目標に活動しています。

KISP#2 @ L’Institut Franco-Japonais du Kansai

The first KISP was initiated in December 2010 at Sam & Dave Kyoto. It was such a blast that 250 students from more than 20 universities gathered for the night of games and party. Due to popular demand KISP#2 returned in April 2011 at Kansai French Institut where again more than 230 students enjoyed the many performances put up by students across Kansai and made many new friends.

KISPは2010年の10月、サム＆デイブ京都にて初のKISPイベントを開催しました。このとき、20校を超える大学から250人の学生が集まり、クリエイティブな交流ゲームやパーティで大盛り上がり。2011年4月には好評につきKISP第二弾として、フランス領事館である関西日仏学館でＫＩＳＰ＃2イベントを開催。そこでもまた、230人を超える関西の学生が集まり、学生達によるパフォーマンスを盛り込んだコンテンツ内容を中心に、大成功のイベントとなりました。

2011年12月10日の夜、KISP第三弾としてハローウィーンパーティーを開催します！！

それに先駆け、以下のボランティアを大募集！

Recruitment for the KISP event group: 

On the night of December 10th, 2011 KISP will be hosting KISP#3. We are looking for volunteers to help us push the event and make it the best one we’ve ever had!

At KISP we like to get the volunteers really involved. There will be no menial tasks for you lot, you run this show! 

Volunteers can opt for which kind of work they are most interested in:

①イベント企画運営スタッフ

仕事内容：

ハロウィーンパーティーの具体的な内容を企画と運営

Event Co-ordination Committee:

You guys will be the brains of the operation. It will be down to you to meet up and plan the finer details of the event, such as venue, time and how it will be run.

②アートスタッフ

会場内のデコレーションや当日のビデオや写真撮影など

Decorations Committee:
It’s up to you guys to decorate the venue as well as going around on the night taking photos and videos of all the lovely people having a blast!

③イベントパフォーマー

バンドやダンサーなどなど、自分の自慢できるパフォーマンスを見せてくれる方大募集です！

例）バンド、ダンス、マジックなど

Event Performer:
Part of a band looking for a live gig? Got an amazing talent you want to flaunt? Well have we got news for you! We’re looking for all you creative types to come along and help get this event kicked into gear. Dancers, Musicians, Performance artists, we want you all!

第三弾のイベントのテーマはハロウィーン。仮想やハロウィーンにちなんだ会場のデコレーション、更に日頃頑張っていることをパフォーマンスとして盛り込んでいきたいと考えています。

 

 

 

The theme of this event will be Bazaar, so be imaginative! Think what decorations would work best and be sure to make sure that performances are included in the overall set up. It would be a shame to have them crammed in a little corner somewhere.

楽しいイベントを作り上げるためにも、多くのやる気ある学生のみなさんの力が必要です！日本人だけでなく留学生のみなさんもスタッフやパフォーマーとして大歓迎！

In order to make the event a success, we need numbers!! So let’s make sure to spread the word, not just to exchange students, but to everyone. Tell your friends, tell your neighbours, or even that guy you bumped into on the street! The bigger the better guys, so let’s make this one a night to remember!
